2026 Annual General Meeting

Tēnā koutou katoa. Ko Caroline Jewkes tōku ingoa. I am very pleased to speak to you in my new role as CTMES Executive Director. Our AGM is coming up so here are some details:

Date:               Thursday 14 May – 1.30pm

Venue:            Carey Baptist College, Level 2 1-7 Marewa Road, Greenlane, Auckland.

Parking is available on site in bays marked CAREY.

As Carey staff will be occupied prior to our arrival, if you would like a coffee before the meeting we recommend Destination Café on the ground floor of the building.  You are welcome to join us on level 2 from 1pm onwards.

We will begin at 1.30pm with a ‘State of the Nation’ from our Executive Chair, Rob Ayres, giving an overview of key changes and themes across the sector.  An open discussion of the upcoming Annual Review Process will follow.

The AGM will begin at around 2.30pm.  The agenda is under the AGM tab on this website (click the button below). The RSVP form, 2026 Chair Report, 2025 minutes and voting information will be emailed out on Thursday 7 May 2026 (with Financial Report to follow).

The AGM provides a great opportunity for our society members to meet together (and to check out Carey’s new site!). We look forward to welcoming those who are able to attend in person, and to seeing others online.
