Navigating the Change Curve: with Peter Hennessey

Ongoing change is a feature of our communities, our education contexts and our working day spaces. So it helps to understand the way change impacts us as teams and individuals, and how we can operate through change in ways that maintain our wellbeing as well as our effectiveness in our work.   This webinar offers two mental models and a tool to help us - the Change Curve, the Circle of Influence, and the Story Line.

Peter Hennessey from The Salvation Army's Centre for Learning and Development will present a 90 minute webinar,  allowing space for Q&A throughout the session and another 10 minutes at the end for any further questions.   Peter will also provide a PDF of the slides at the end of the session for participants to take away with them for future reference.
